Process

From drawing to delivery

  1. Send your design

    AI, DXF, PDF, or a photo of a sample piece.

  2. We build the die

    Steel rule bent to your outline and mounted on board.

  3. Approve a sample

    We cut a sample in your material and send photos or the piece.

  4. Production

    Material is layered or laid in sheets. Each stroke cuts many parts at once.

  5. Pack & ship

    Counted, packed to your spec and shipped from Istanbul, or made in our Egypt plant for MENA and Africa.
